SHIPPING:

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 10-14 business days. Unless it is a pre-order item.
• If a *pre order* item is purchased with another item that is in stock, items in stock will ship out first. 
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once it leaves us and has a tracking it no longer our responsibility.
• If your package is lost or stolen please contact us so we can assist you with filing a claim or helping to locate your package.

Cancellation or Change:

• Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed. If you have an issue with your order please send us an email and we will do our best to help!
• Please refer to our return policy if you would like to return any items after an order has been placed.
